Speaking
Dr. Tiffany offers three types of presentations summarizing her research and outlining practical action items for leaders and organizations of all sizes:
- Creating Neuro- Inclusive Work Cultures: Neurodiversity in workplaces, and leading a neuro-inclusive workplace, are topics of great interest to employees and leaders. Dr. Tiffany has co-authored the first research paper on this topic to be published across her fields' top tier journals (in 2016). Over the past ten years, she's gone on to research and publish extensively on the topic, as well as guide doctoral students and junior faculty studying in this area. Her presentation: 1. surveys and summarizes the trend of this research in her field and 2. shares implications for today's organizations.
- Building Better Schools By Focusing on Workplace Culture: Dr. Tiffany has co-authored published work on educators in K-12 and college settings. Her presentation: 1. summarizes findings from this research that show how leading educators and staff well impact student experiences and success; 2. discusses the ways schools have creatively overcome challenges to cultivate cultures that allow educators, staff, and students to thrive; and 3. shares implications for today's school systems.
- The Opposite Way™: Creating Cultures of Wholeness for Today's Organization: Dr. Tiffany has extensively researched, published, and taught about workers' experiences of being de-valued and reduced from wholeness inside of their organizations. Importantly, her research has also taught her how organizations can build cultures of wholeness - cultures that help people feel that they are inherently valued. These types of cultures, in turn, allow for a greater sense of humanity, equity, and well-being to be experienced at work. Her presentation: 1. surveys and summarizes research on wholeness in organizations; 2. defines a culture of wholeness and outlines its key characteristics; 3. offers examples of different kinds of organizations that are creating a culture of wholeness; and 4. shares next steps for today's organizational members that want to do the same.
